There are some special requirements for some domain names, such as .au and .us, that need to be satisfied before they can be registered. As all domain name purchases are final and cannot be refunded, please be sure to pick the right domain name (including the correct spelling) when placing your order.

Renewing domain names
If you would like to renew a domain name that is already with us, please login to the Wholesale System and click "Renew Domain Names" and follow the instructions.

Transferring domain names
When transferring a domain name, it's important to ensure that you have all the right information before you proceed.

Please note that all domain names that are free to transfer do not add any additional time to the registration period, while all domains that have a cost associated with the transfer will add an additional year to the current expiry date.

Special requirements for .au domains
When registering a .au domain name, you must be able to provide the required information relating to your eligability to hold the domain name. Please see auDA's policy at http://www.auda.org.au/policies/auda-2008-06/ for further information.
